About Rodney’s House

Rodney’s House is a former local sports bar that has been fully refurbished in summer 2026 into two modern luxury 2-bedroom apartments. Located right in the heart of Herne Bay High Street, the properties were project-managed by Stuart and are now run as a joint venture with Kelly Killick and Lawrence Killick.

Our Philosophy

We believe in offering high-quality, comfortable stays with thoughtful design and an unbeatable location. Both apartments feature elegant interiors, herringbone oak flooring, air conditioning, gigabit Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. One is fully accessible, while both provide a calm, hotel-like feel just steps from the beach and pier.
